These Terms of Service apply when you visit scentsitivityshop.com, place an order, or otherwise use the Scentsitivity online store. The store is operated by Scentsitivity LLC, doing business as Scentsitivity, at 345 Broadmoor Drive, Heath, TX 75032, United States. By using the store, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked at checkout.

Products and decant disclosure

Scentsitivity sells authentic fragrance samples and hand-filled decants. Decants are transferred from genuine fragrance products into independent Scentsitivity containers and are not sold in the original manufacturer bottle or packaging. A full-bottle option is sold in its original bottle or packaging only when the product page clearly says so.

Brand names, fragrance names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the original fragrance source and scent. Scentsitivity is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, or endorsed by those fragrance houses or trademark owners.

Product information and safety

We work to describe fragrance identity, notes, sizes, pricing, availability, and packaging accurately, but errors may occur. We may correct errors, update information, change prices, limit quantities, refuse an order, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary.

Fragrance is for external use only. Do not ingest. Keep away from eyes, heat, flame, children, and pets. Stop use if irritation occurs. Ingredients and allergens vary by fragrance; review original manufacturer information and consult an appropriate professional if you have sensitivities, allergies, pregnancy-related concerns, medical conditions, or ingredient concerns. Scentsitivity does not make medical or therapeutic claims.

Orders and payment

An order is an offer to purchase and is accepted when we confirm or fulfill it. Payment must be authorized before fulfillment. We may cancel or refund all or part of an order if a product is unavailable, an address cannot be verified, fraud risk is detected, a carrier restriction prevents lawful shipment, or an obvious pricing or listing error occurs. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method.

Shipping and delays

Scentsitivity currently ships only within the United States using ground or another carrier-approved service appropriate for alcohol-based fragrance. Shipping dates are estimates. If we cannot ship within the time stated when you ordered, we will notify you, provide a revised shipment date, and give you the choice to accept the delay or cancel the affected order for a full refund.

A carrier acceptance scan does not eliminate the customer protections or remedies stated in our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.

Returns and issues

Opened, sprayed, used, unsealed, or tampered-with fragrance products are final sale. Unopened and unused items may be eligible for return within 14 days after delivery with advance approval. Wrong, damaged, leaking, missing, defective, or incorrect orders are covered when reported within 7 days of delivery. See the Return and Refund Policy for full details.

Reviews, recommendations, and material connections

Reviews and recommendations must reflect honest opinions and experiences. When Scentsitivity or a person acting for Scentsitivity receives payment, free product, commission, an affiliate benefit, or another material benefit connected to a recommendation, we will disclose that connection clearly and conspicuously near the recommendation as required by applicable law.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the store, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information, violate another person's rights, or use the store for an unlawful purpose. We may restrict access or cancel orders associated with fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.

Consumer rights and governing law

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived. To the extent permitted by law, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where a customer resides.
