These Terms of Service apply when you visit scentsitivityshop.com, place an order, or otherwise use Scentsitivity's online store. By using the store, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked at checkout.

Products and decant disclosure

Scentsitivity sells authentic fragrance samples and decants. Decants are hand-filled from genuine fragrance products into independent Scentsitivity containers. They are not sold in the original manufacturer bottle or packaging unless a product page clearly says otherwise.

Brand names, fragrance names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the original fragrance being decanted. Scentsitivity is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, or endorsed by the original fragrance houses or trademark owners.

Product information

We try to describe products, notes, sizes, pricing, and availability accurately, but errors may occur. We may correct errors, update product information, change prices, limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders when needed. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a refund for the canceled portion.

Cosmetic and fragrance use

Fragrances are for external use only. Do not ingest. Keep away from eyes, children, pets, flame, and heat. If irritation occurs, stop use. Customers with allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy-related concerns, medical conditions, or ingredient concerns should review the original fragrance information and consult a qualified professional before use. Scentsitivity does not make medical or therapeutic claims about any fragrance.

Orders, payment, and fulfillment

Payments are processed through Shopify and our payment providers. You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the carrier, subject to our refund and shipping policies.

Promotions and affiliate mentions

Promotions, discounts, referral codes, or affiliate links may change or expire at any time. If Scentsitivity receives compensation or benefits from a recommendation, code, or link, we will aim to disclose that connection near the recommendation.
