Shipping Policy

Scentsitivity currently accepts and ships orders only within the United States. We do not currently ship fragrance internationally or to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

Processing time

Most orders are hand-filled, labeled, packed, and processed within 1-2 business days. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

If we cannot ship within the time stated when you ordered, we will notify you, provide a revised shipment date, and give you the choice to accept the delay or cancel the affected order for a full refund.

Domestic ground shipping

Free standard ground shipping: available on every U.S. order, with no minimum purchase and no discount code required.
Carrier and estimated transit time: USPS or UPS, estimated 3-5 business days after fulfillment.

Express or air shipping is not currently offered. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Fragrance shipping restrictions

Many fragrances contain alcohol and are regulated for transportation. Orders are shipped by USPS Ground Advantage or another carrier-approved ground service when required. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.

Tracking, loss, and damage

Tracking information is sent when an order is fulfilled. If tracking has not updated for several days, contact the carrier and email lisa@scentsitivityshop.com with your order number if you still need help.

If an order arrives damaged, leaking, missing an item, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement, refund, store credit, or other reasonable resolution.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please review your shipping address before placing an order. If a package is delayed or returned because the address supplied at checkout was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you about available reshipment or refund options. Additional shipping charges may apply when the address error was not ours.

Returns

Opened, sprayed, used, unsealed, or tampered-with fragrance products are final sale for health, safety, and product-integrity reasons.

Unopened and unused items in original condition may be returned within 14 days after delivery after contacting us first. Approved returns are inspected when received. Original shipping charges are not refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Do not mail fragrance back without written approval and carrier instructions. The approved return destination is Scentsitivity LLC, 345 Broadmoor Drive, Heath, TX 75032.
