What are decants / samples?

Authentic fragrance transferred into smaller 2-10 ml sprayer bottles so you can try before buying a full bottle.

Are these authentic?

Yes. Scentsitivity sells authentic fragrances that are hand-filled into independent Scentsitivity atomizers. Decants are not sold in the original manufacturer bottle or packaging unless a product page clearly says otherwise.

Scentsitivity is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, or endorsed by the original fragrance houses or trademark owners. Brand and fragrance names are used only to identify the original fragrance being sampled.

How fast do you ship?

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard domestic shipping is estimated at 3-5 business days after fulfillment, and express domestic shipping is estimated at 1-2 business days after fulfillment.

Can I return a sample?

Opened, sprayed, used, or tampered-with decants and samples are final sale for hygiene and product-integrity reasons. Unopened and unused items in original condition may be returned within 14 days after delivery after contacting us first.

What if my order arrives damaged, leaking, missing, or incorrect?

Email lisa@scentsitivityshop.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will work quickly to replace, refund, or otherwise resolve the issue.

Can I send fragrance back without contacting you?

No. Please contact us first. Many fragrances contain alcohol and may require ground or carrier-approved shipping, so we need to provide instructions before anything is mailed back.
