Shipping

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Domestic standard shipping is $8.00 and is estimated at 3-5 business days after fulfillment. Domestic express shipping is $15.00 and is estimated at 1-2 business days after fulfillment. Standard shipping is free on orders of $70.00 or more.

Because many fragrances contain alcohol, some orders may need to ship by ground service or another carrier-approved method. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or address issues.

Returns

Opened, sprayed, used, or tampered-with decants and samples are final sale for hygiene and product-integrity reasons.

Unopened and unused items in original condition may be returned within 14 days after delivery after contacting us first. Approved returns are inspected when received. Original shipping charges are not refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

If an order arrives damaged, leaking, missing an item, defective, or incorrect, contact lisa@scentsitivityshop.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will work quickly to replace, refund, or otherwise resolve the issue.

Please do not mail fragrance back without instructions. Many fragrances contain alcohol and may require ground or carrier-approved shipping.

Every decant is hand-filled, labeled, and packed with protective materials so your fragrance arrives safely.
